The company produces 80,000 metric tons annually finished and semi-finished products for retail, artisan bakeries, and the food processing industry in domestic and international markets. With a focus on quality, sustainability, and regional raw materials, Göbber is a major player in the food industry and an important employer in the region Lower Saxony. 

Project Description

The food products, which are produced on a total of 10 lines, are after palletizing are transferred and and distributed to various existing and newly constructed warehouses. D location , the goods using Sreach trucksforklifts and stored in mobile racking systems. DThe pallets to be moved out are transported to the shipping area via the same system.

The central logistics corridor is positioned at a height that allows both forklifts and trucks can cross the transport route kcannnen. At key junctions, vertical conveyors with integrated turntables are positioned so that the flow of goods can be distributed in different directions and to different conveying heights are distributed könnbe. Each warehouse contains buffer sections for incoming and outgoing goods directly one on top of the other and thus enable high efficiency in warehouse operations (double-stroke optimization).
