Palletizing Tasks

Options and applications for loading pallets without costly lifting equipment.
There are many different ways to place a pallet on a conveyor line or remove it from one. We offer a wide range of different task-support tools, which vary in design and functionality. Pallets: We generally distinguish between EURO, INDU, and CHEP pallets.
Variants
We distinguish between three basic types of
- Two-Finger Roll Conveyor
- Flush-Mounted Feed Roller Conveyors
- Drive-over feed roller conveyors
Or just the simple task of using a forklift.
Extras
Especially at frozen-food warehouses or high-rack warehouses, it sometimes makes sense—or is even required—to weigh the pallet before it is received. To ensure this, we can equip our conveyors with load cells that then display the pallet weight on a terminal or transmit it directly to an upper-level inventory management system.
Durability & Surface Finish
Each load carrier is manufactured as a solid steel structure and is designed to withstand the harsh conditions caused by repeated contact with forks or tines. Of course, this comes at a cost, but the key point is that it ensures the conveyor’s longevity. Upon request, the conveyor is available in a fully galvanized version or in a stainless steel version for use in food-contact or wet areas.
